Not at all! Martial arts is for all body types and sizes. You will get stronger physically and mentally as you continue to train.
Absolutely not! We have students ranging from ages 4 to 74!
We reccomend one or two classes per week, but as much you can do is perfect. If you would like more 1:1 time, we offer a variety of private lessons from several different instructors.
It varies for everyone, and depends on how much you train. On average, it takes about 4-5 years.
